Reduce the Pain of Emails With an In-house Email Server
Take the Paper out of Faxes Make your e-mail server receive faxes - saving money on paper and ink. Faxes will be delivered to an email inbox as PDF attachments, which can then be saved, printed, or deleted. Using your email server for faxes will also make it possible for multiple users to receive each fax. Make It Easy to Backup All Your Business Data You have surely heard it before, “backup all your important data.” Many people ignore this advice. But not backing up crucial information is like driving your car as fast as it will go without wearing a seatbelt or having insurance. For a home computer, it is easy to backup all-important data on a CD. When dealing with a business-class computer however, the process is often significantly more complex.
